Baby massage is not just a luxury for your baby. It is an excellent way of bonding and communicating with your baby. It has many physiological benefits, such as stimulation of the muscles and increased circulation, as well relaxation for baby and mom.

It may help reduce negative symptoms of colic, wind, reflux, constipation and nasal and chest congestion. Baby massage may help babies sleep better, eat better and feel more content.

CleverMe classes run for 5 consecutive weeks, giving you the chance to learn and practice the specific techniques used for baby massage as endorsed by IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage). It also gives you the opportunity to connect with other mom’s with young babies and discuss common difficulties experienced and solutions that have worked for others.

As a paediatric occupational therapist, Susan is also able to answer questions about child development and provide helpful tips where necessary.
